本文通过实验和分析,对陶瓷刀具端铣淬硬钢时刀具破损规律进行了较详尽的研究。由于陶瓷刀具端铣淬硬钢时主要损坏原因是随机性很大的早期破损,因而本文提出用概率统计的方法建立各种因素与刀具破损之间的关系。实验表明,陶瓷刀具端铣淬硬钢时早期破损的规律很好地服从对数正态(Lognormal)分布,并以此为基础,寻求抗早期破损的几何参数及切削用量等最佳切削条件。
In this paper, through experiments and analysis, the tool breakage law of the ceramic cutter end milling hardened steel is studied in more detail. As the main cause of damage to the end-hardened steels is the early damage due to randomness, this paper proposes to establish the relationship between the various factors and the tool breakage by means of probability and statistics. Experiments show that the early damage of the end-milling ceramic hardened steel tool obeys lognormal distribution well, and based on which, the best cutting conditions, such as geometry parameters and cutting dosage, are found out.
