随着信息化的发展,数字化建设已成为评价信息基础水平的重要标志。本文以学校档案为例,阐述了高校档案数字化的必然趋势,分析了档案信息资源的地位和使用现状,并提出了通过数字化优化档案信息资源的可行性建议。
With the development of information technology, digital construction has become an important symbol of evaluating the basic level of information. Taking the school archives as an example, this paper expounds the inevitable trend of digitizing college archives, analyzes the status and usage status of archival information resources, and puts forward the feasibility of digitally optimizing archival information resources.
