“元认知”是美国发展心理学家Flavell于20世纪70年代提出的一个概念。元认知策略是学生将其元认知付诸实施的具体做法和手段以及管理策略,包括制订学习计划、监控学习过程和评估学习效果等,被列为三大学习策略之一。元认知策略涉及规划学习进程,思考如何使学习更加有效,在学习过程中进行自我监控以及在某个语言活动之后对学习效果进行自我评价等。元认知策略不仅可以帮助学生在学习中有效地进行
Metacognition is a concept developed by the American development psychologist Flavell in the 1970s. Metacognitive strategy is one of the three major learning strategies for students to implement their metacognitive practices and methods and management strategies, including learning plans, monitoring the learning process and assessing learning outcomes.
