当前对于高职学生进行传统文化教育与职业道德培养已是高职语文教育理论研究与实践迫切需要解决的现实问题。职业道德中包含了对人性、信仰、价值和态度等非常丰富的我国传统文化的内涵,也是我国高素质劳动者社会生活的核心部分。本文主要通过高职传统文化教育与学生职业道德培养的关系、如何在高职教育中融合传统文化教育以培养学生的职业道德来对高职传统文化教育与学生职业道德的培养进行阐述。
The current training of traditional culture and professional ethics for vocational students is an urgent problem to be solved in the research and practice of the theory of Chinese education in higher vocational education. Professional ethics includes the connotation of our country’s traditional culture which is very rich in human nature, beliefs, values and attitudes, and is also the core part of the social life of high-quality laborers in our country. This paper mainly elaborates the relationship between traditional culture education in higher vocational education and student professional ethics, how to integrate traditional culture and education in higher vocational education to cultivate students ’professional ethics to elaborate the traditional culture education in higher vocational colleges and students’ professional ethics.
