我们处在一个大众传媒发达的时代,传媒对大众的影响已经渗透到其生活的方方面面,作为孩子的第一所“学校”——家庭也不例外,大众传媒对家庭教育的影响是巨大的,青少年的价值观和行为方式会越来越多地受到大众文化的影响。在大众传媒的时代,完全禁止儿童接触电视等媒介是不合理的,家庭教育方面为了能改善这种状况,只能采取教育的方式,于是培养青少年的媒介素养教育成为大众媒体时代家庭教育的使命。
