由长春地质学院、无锡钻探工具厂共同研制成功的SC-150型射流式液动冲击器于1991年5月8～12日在长春通过地质矿产部鉴定。液动射流式冲击器是用射流元件作为控制冲击器的一种新型钻具,它以钻进的冲洗液作为工作介质,经过一个双稳射流元件,使钻具的冲击活塞冲锤产生冲击,传至岩心管和钻头,使钻具的纯回转钻进变为冲击回转钻进。该项技术被公认为现代岩心钻探的最大成就之一。
The SC-150 jet fluid impactor, jointly developed by Changchun Geological Institute and Wuxi Drilling Tools Factory, was appraised by Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources on May 8-12, 1991 in Changchun. Hydraulic jet impactor is used as a jet flow control device as a new type of drilling tool, which takes the rinse liquid as a working medium, through a bistable jet flow components, the impact of the drill piston impact hammer, Pass to the core pipe and drill bit, the pure rotary drilling drill into the impact rotary drilling. The technology is recognized as one of the greatest achievements of modern core drilling.
