利用射频能量焊接肠组织,研究压合压强、功率、温度参数对焊接效果的影响。利用自制的焊接器械和射频能量平台,进行焊接猪离体结直肠组织实验。实验参数为:射频频率450 kHz,输出功率恒定(50和70 W),在压合压强(1 125和2 658 kPa)下持续焊接肠组织240 s,控制焊接过程中的最高温度为(95±5)℃。实验完成后通过组织病理切片对比不同条件下肠道焊接的牢固程度、热损伤情况。结果表明:在50和70 W功率下,压合压强1125 kPa的组,焊接部位浆膜层紧紧贴合,周围组织结构保持完好;压合压强2 658 kPa的组,焊接部位浆膜层未完全融合,且周围黏膜损伤较明显。最高焊接温度控制在(95±5)℃时,功率50和70 W的组焊接效果在组织病理切片观察中无明显差异。射频能量焊接结直肠可行性良好,但压合压强过大易导致焊接部位周围组织损伤;且考虑到焊接部位周围的温度分布不均匀,不可单一用温度参数作为判断焊接效果的标准。

When the maximum welding temperature was controlled at (95 ± 5) ℃, the welding effect of 50 and 70 W power had no significant difference in histopathological observation. RF energy welding colorectal good, but the pressure is too large pressure easily lead to tissue damage around the weld; and taking into account the uneven temperature distribution around the welding site, the temperature can not be used as a single parameter to determine the welding effect of the standard.
