江泽民同志在庆祝中国共产党成立七十周年大会上的讲话中指出:“发展社会主义商品经济,在经济领域必须重视和运用价值规律,讲等价交换,但决不能把商品交换的原则引入党内政治生活。”这一论断,明确提出了执政党在发展商品经济条件下必须遵循的一个重大原则问题。坚持这一原则,对于加强党的思想建设,经受“三个考验”,使我们更好地担负起组织发展商品经济的繁重任务,具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。
In his speech at the General Assembly celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out: “In developing the socialist commodity economy, we must pay attention to and apply the law of value in exchange for equal exchange in the economic field. However, we must never introduce the principle of commodity exchange into the party Political life. ”This thesis clearly sets out a major issue of principle that the ruling party must follow when it develops the commodity economy. To uphold this principle is of great theoretical and practical significance for strengthening the party’s ideological construction and for going through the “three tests” so that we can better assume the arduous task of organizing and developing the commodity economy.
