今年5月以来,我们在县委保密委员会、县司法局的积极支持和配合下,在全县范围内自下而上地开展了一次贯彻执行《档案法》大检查。这次大检查从学习宣传《档案法》入手,以检查贯彻执行情况,纠正违法现象为重点;采取单位自查,系统内交叉检查,县里组织力量分片抽查评比的办法。我们的做法是: 一、把检查同学习宣传结合起来,增强了社会档案意识。我们把广泛学习宣传《档案法》作为这次大检查的基本内容和衡量一个部门、一个单位档案工作好坏的标准之一,把检查同学习宣传工作结合起来,做到既检查学法工作,又在检查中开展学习宣传活动。各立档单位根据在学习宣传中的薄弱环节,采取了三种形式:一是广泛组织干部职工学习讨论。县级机关和公司、厂、场、站普遍组织学习原文,对照条款找差距;有的区、乡除了机关职工学法外,还专门召开了村组干部会,宣读和讲解《档案法》;二是通过有线广播开办《档案法》专题讲座。全县73个乡,乡乡都
Since May this year, with the active support and cooperation of the County Commission for Confidentiality and County Bureau of Justice, we carried out a grand inspection of the “Archives Law” from the bottom up throughout the county.
