患者男,34岁,1986月8月27日入院,住院号43739。1周前因龋齿发炎疼痛,反复用手指挤压,继之出现发热、咳嗽,咳白色粘稠痰,入院前1小时出现胸闷,气(?),呼吸困难,不能平卧,心悸,咯粉红色泡沫痰,出大汗,四肢发凉。既往无心、肺疾患史。体检:T37.8℃,呼吸42次/分,Bp70/60mmHg。神志朦胧,烦躁不安,面色苍白,口唇发绀,鼻翼煽动,右下第2门齿齿龈红肿,咽稍充血,颈静脉怒张,肝颈静脉回流征(+)。双肺呼吸音减弱,湿鸣
