要想实现两台独立激光器的相干合成,需要在得到相位差信号的基础上,利用相位差信号去实时控制LiN-bO3电光晶体,以此达到弥补相位跳变的目的。由于相位差信息是随机变化的,而且其幅值很小,不能直接驱动LiNbO3电光晶体,所以需要经过放大处理。利用前置放大器LMH6624和高压放大器PA98设计了一个高频电光调制器的驱动电路,将拍频信号中分离出来的相位差信号经过驱动电路放大后去控制LiNbO3电光晶体,以此改变通过电光晶体的光束的相位,为进一步实现相干合成打下基础。
