台架车作为一种发射设备,其回转平台液压控制系统是关键的核心技术。本文介绍了采用负载反馈比例多路阀对回转平台进行多个执行元件的控制,并提出回转平台高低速控制方案,优化了液压系统各控制元件的参数匹配,解决了回转平台中高低速控制难的问题。
As a launch vehicle, the slewing platform hydraulic control system is the key core technology. In this paper, the control of multiple actuators of the rotary platform by load feedback proportional multi-way valve is introduced. The control scheme of high and low speed of the rotary platform is proposed and the parameters matching of each control element of the hydraulic system is optimized. It is difficult to control the high and low speed of the rotary platform problem.
