In this paper, the formation of Korla fragrant pear trunk was the main research object. The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes in the formation layer, branches and flower buds of fragrant pear during wintering period were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for alleviating winter injury and post-injury remedy. Select the tree age, growth, more consistent tree shape 8 Korla fragrant pear sun yam formation layer, branches and flower buds for the test material. The temperature, trunk formation layer, branches and flower bud tissue soluble protein and proline content of physiological and biochemical indicators were determined. The results show that the temperature of trunk formation is closely related to the temperature. During the winter, the formation layer of pear shade and the formation of positive layer of pear, tree buds and branches of soluble protein and proline content were significantly different. The content of proline in branches from January to February was the highest, while the content of proline in the formation of tree trunk was the lowest. However, in March, the content of proline in the trunk of the tree was the highest, and the content of proline in the branches was the lowest. From January to March, the content of soluble protein was the highest in the formation layer of the tree trunk while the content of protein in the branches was the lowest. The content of protein in the layer of fragrant pear trunk decreased with the increase of temperature, and the content of proline in the layer of fragrant pear trunk increased with the increase of temperature. During the winter, pear branches are relatively sensitive parts of the frost damage, while the formation of the tree trunk layer is frozen relative insensitivity to the site.
