近年来,全国电视台都纷纷进行着有规模的网络化、数字化系统的建设。目前,我国的电视行业正处在网络数字化建设的发展阶段。由于网络基础设施的逐步建设和普及,各级电视台对工作流程重组及内部资源进行整合,并使用信息技术开发和建设业务系统以辅助电视节目,特别是电视新闻节目的制作与播出,以提高工作效率,节约成本。
