日本大型覆铜板生产厂家住友电木公司在中国澳门特区开始建立生产环氧玻纤布基覆铜板等品种的生产厂。此次在澳门由住友电木独资建厂,是它在海外建立的第二个覆铜板厂。该新厂投资金额约为28亿日元,厂房建筑面积约3.7万平方米。设定的生产品种,主要是环氧玻纤布基覆铜板和复合基覆铜板。在澳门所建的新厂,预定建厂初期的月产能力为30万平方米。第二期工程完成后达到60万平方米。该厂生产出的覆铜板,计划主要销售市场是中国华南地区,还有在中国投资建立PCB厂家的日资企业
