本文主要介绍了汽车变速器同步器齿套在轧制内花键倒锥时,由于两端倒锥同时轧制成型,在轧制过程中,刀具在径向力的作用下产生弹性变形,存在让刀现象,由此所造成的两端内花键倒锥减薄量不一致的问题。本文通过大量的现场实践活动,对该零件的加工装备进行了改进,从而解决了这一问题。 In this paper, when the gearbox of the automobile transmission synchronizer is in the spline inverted taper in the rolling process, the rolling deformation of the cutter is caused by the radial force during the rolling process due to the simultaneous rolling and forming of both ends reverse taper.
