准时化供货方式是一种根据生产需要,将生产所需的各种零件按照要求的顺序、数量、质量,在规定的时间送达正确生产地点的供货方式,是实现准时化生产的重要途径。本文结合东风汽车公司车架厂的生产实际,以车架厂现行的供货流程为基础,对参与供货的各个部门进行分析,获得了影响实施准时化供货的主要因素;通过对供货流程的改进、人员配备的优化、信息系统的建立等方法,使零件供货和车架装配的连续性、准确性得到提升,从而降低成本,保证交货期。
