据统计,全世界有10%的人口在一生中患过消化性溃疡(包括胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡),可见该病之常见程度。而乍暖乍寒的秋冬、冬春之交,正是消化性溃疡易加重和发作的时节。轻则上腹不适、胃痛加重,重者甚至会出现溃疡出血、穿孔等可危及生命的并发症。在平日里作好预防,比任何治疗要来得简单有效。消化性溃疡的病人可参考以下一些食疗方,在日常饮食中调养,防患于未然。
