我厂特殊形状的工具、量具、模具及刀具品种较多,要求较高,消耗量大,需要在外圆磨床上加工,不易控制精度。为了解决这一问题,我们设计了一种成形砂轮修整器,收到了较好的效果,现介绍如下:成形砂轮修整器的结构见图1。固定板1用螺钉固定在床身17上,支架3安装在固定板1上(支架和固定板之间加垫圈2),并对准砂轮位置。靠模5由压板4及螺钉固定在支架3上.修整器的其余部分安装在工作台16上,并稍偏工作台尾座一端。金刚笔12、靠模头6和滑杆11三者结合为一整体。
I plant a special shape of the tools, measuring tools, molds and more varieties of tools, demanding higher consumption, need to grind on a cylindrical grinding machine, not easy to control the accuracy. In order to solve this problem, we designed a shaped wheel dresser, received good results, are described below: Formed dresser structure shown in Figure 1. The fixing plate 1 is screwed on the bed body 17, the bracket 3 is mounted on the fixing plate 1 (the washer 2 is arranged between the bracket and the fixing plate), and is aligned with the grinding wheel position. The abutment 5 is secured to the bracket 3 by the pressure plate 4 and screws, and the rest of the dresser is mounted on the table 16 slightly offset from one end of the table tailstock. Diamond pen 12, by the die 6 and 11 are combined as a whole slider.
