近几年来,我省胶合板生产发展较为迅速,总生产规模从过去仅有的5000M~3锰增到65000M~3,特别是去年新建的4个工厂投入生产,使胶合板产量.由1986年的18297M~3增至1987年的24500M~3,增加了33.9％据估计,今年总产量可能增至50000M~3。去年底由省林产工业公司牵头组织的检查组,对全省的11个胶合板企业进行了质量抽样检查,检查后得到的结论是:松木尿醛胶胶合板的胶合强度值为21.0—13.5kg╱cm~2;杂木尿醛胶胶合板的胶合强度值为18.6—11.8Kg╱cm~2 从检查的情况看,加工缺陷对等级率和合格率的影响所占比例较大,我省胶合板生产质量有待提高。如何提高?建议从以下两方面下功夫:①针对云南松、思茅松节子多,挖补片多,阔叶材面裂严重,修补量大这一
