The hospital catering service attendants in the hospital catering room had more contact with the patients, which led to a trend of a single alanine aminotransferase (ALT) elevation in the annual physical examination for the people who entered the normal physical examination for the first time. In order to investigate its risk factors and provide a reference for prevention, the number of single alanine aminotransferase elevations in the physical examination of food service personnel twice a year from October 1987 to December 1999 was counted. analysis.
