转化生长因子 β是一类多功能生长因子 ,对于全身各系统功能和代谢状态均发挥重要的调节作用 ,近年来的研究进一步阐明了其在动脉粥样硬化发病机制和病理改变中的作用 ,本文对转化生长因子 β与动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性方面的研究进行综述。
Transforming growth factor β is a kind of multifunctional growth factor, which plays an important regulatory role on the systemic function and metabolic status of the whole body. In recent years, it has further clarified its role in the pathogenesis and pathological changes of atherosclerosis. The research on transforming growth factor β and atherosclerotic plaque stability are reviewed.
