山东省第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第十七次会议,根据中共中央中发[2005]9号文件精神和《中华人民共和国地方各级人民代表大会和地方各级人民政府组织法》、《中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会和地方各级人民代表大会代表法》的规定,参照全国人大常委会办公厅制定的《全国人民代表大会代表建议、批评和意见处理办法》,结合我省实际情况,决定对《山东省人民代表大会代表建议、批评和意见办理工作条例》作如下修改:
The 17th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress of Shandong Province, in line with the spirit of the document No. 9 [2005] of the CPC Central Committee and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Local People’s Congresses and Local People’s Governments at all levels, People’s Republic of China National People’s Congress and the local people’s congress at all levels, “the law,” reference to the NPC Standing Committee’s General Office of the “National People’s Congress on behalf of suggestions, criticisms and opinions on measures”, combined with the actual situation in our province, Decided to “Shandong Provincial People’s Congress on behalf of suggestions, criticisms and opinions on the work regulations,” made the following changes:
