本文研究了高温淬火对5CrW2Si钢组织和性能的影响。研究指出,捉高加热温度,淬火后获得板条马氏体,经500℃回火后具有优良的综合机械性能。加热温度由常规900℃提高至1000~1050℃,强度、塑性、U型缺口冲击韧性及断裂切性均可较大幅度的提高,获得最佳强韧化效果,使车轮和轮箍用热压字头的使用寿命显著提高,并为热剪刀片等提供了较佳的处理工艺参数。
In this paper, the effect of high temperature quenching on the microstructure and properties of 5CrW2Si steel has been studied. The study pointed out that the heating temperature to catch high, quenched lath martensite after tempering at 500 ℃ has excellent overall mechanical properties.
