随着电力工业的重组,电力系统的运行和控制策略也随之发生了变化。原作为总体电力供给一部分的无功服务现被分离出来,实行单独管理和定价。以探索适合电力市场初期的无功市场构架和无功价格机理为目的,重点分析了现有的无功定价机理。首先,简略介绍了世界上解除管制后的电力市场的无功管理办法;随后以无功成本分析为基础,详细分析了现有文献的无功优化算法和无功价格机理;在借鉴现有研究成果的基础上,提出了电力市场初期无功费用全补偿、半补偿及竞价与补偿相结合的无功价格模式。提出的无功价格机理具有原理简单、符合无功成本特性的特点。
With the restructuring of the power industry, the operation and control strategies of the power system have also changed. Reactive services that were originally part of the overall electricity supply are now separated and governed separately and priced. In order to explore the reactive market structure and reactive price mechanism suitable for the initial stage of the electricity market, the existing reactive pricing mechanism is mainly analyzed. First of all, a brief introduction of the world’s deregulated electricity market after the reactive management approach; then based on the analysis of reactive power costs, detailed analysis of existing literature reactive power optimization algorithm and reactive power pricing mechanism; in the light of existing research Based on the results, the paper proposed the reactive power price mode of full compensation, half compensation and bidding and compensation in the initial stage of the electricity market. The proposed reactive power price mechanism has the advantages of simple principle and characteristics of reactive power cost.
