根据“三步走”发展战略目标, 我国要在本世纪中叶即建国 100周年时实现现代化,这就要求在2020年全面建成小康社会。按照“十六大”对本世纪前20年全面建设小康社会的总体部署和十六届五中全会的建议,“十一五”规划提出了未来五年经济社会发展的目标。宏观经济平稳运行:2010年人均国内生产总值比2000年翻一番,达到 19270元,价格总水平基本稳定,国际收支基本平衡。
According to the strategic goal of “three steps,” China will realize its modernization when the middle of this century is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic.
