柴强,男,汉族,52岁,经济学博士,研究员,国务院批准享受政府特殊津贴专家,北京市政协委员,2014年中央国家机关“五一”奖章获得者。现任中国房地产估价师与房地产经纪人学会副会长兼秘书长、法定代表人。作为中国房地产估价师与房地产经纪人学会副会长兼秘书长的柴强,积极参与、推动、建立了房地产估价师、房地产经纪人执业资格制度,制定房地产估价和经纪相关标准、规则及制度政策,组织实施两个职业资格的考试、注册工作,为我国房地产评估师和房地产经纪人制度的建立做出了突出贡献。一、参与建立和组织实施房地产估价师、房地产经纪人职业资格制度
