中药延胡索制剂中微量氧溴酸东莨菪碱的测定,由于受到大量延胡索乙素的干扰,因此无法用药典(1985年版)所规定的酸性染料法测定,本文采用直接电位滴定法测定氢溴酸东莨菪碱含量,加样回收率在99%以上。所得结果较准确,方法较简便。
The determination of scopolamine oxybromide in the traditional Chinese medicine of fumarate could not be determined by the acid dye method stipulated in the Pharmacopoeia (1985 edition) due to the interference of a large amount of tetrahydropalmatine. This article uses direct potentiometric titration to determine the scopolamine hydrobromide content. The sample recovery rate is above 99%. The results obtained are more accurate and the method is simpler.
