中共十七届五中全会上通过的“十二五”(2011年—2015年)规划建议日前发布。“建议”提出未来五年要使中国城乡居民收入普遍较快增加,努力实现居民收入增长和经济发展同步。《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》提出了今后五年中国经济社会发展的五大目标:
The “12th Five-Year Plan” (2011-2015) planning proposal adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee has been released a few days ago. “Proposal ” proposes that in the next five years, the incomes of urban and rural residents in China will generally increase rapidly and make efforts to achieve the simultaneous growth of residents’ income and economic development.
