波导元件是一种研究微波传输的精密机械装置。由于电性能的要求,表面光洁度等级大多都很高;由于要求另件相互位置和运动的准确、平稳,精度等级也比较高。因为很多另件尺寸小,多数用强度低的有色金属材料,加工时特别容易变形。这些特点给机械加工带来了很大困难,于是就迫切要求改进结构的工艺性,在性能允许条件下,规定出尺寸与相互位置的最大合理公差值。作者结合我院波导元件的生产,在这方面做了一些工作。
The waveguide element is a precision mechanical device that studies microwave transmission. Due to the requirements of electrical properties, surface finish grades are mostly high; due to the requirements of the other parts of each other’s position and movement accuracy, stability, accuracy level is relatively high. Because many other pieces of small size, the majority of low-intensity non-ferrous materials, processing is particularly easy to deformation. These features have caused great difficulties in machining, so the urgent need to improve the structure of the process, in the performance allowable conditions, the provisions of the size and mutual maximum position reasonable tolerance value. The author combines the production of waveguide components in our hospital, and has done some work in this respect.
