形成胸腹水的原因有多种,为了区别胸腹水的良恶性,本文收集了1 4 1例不同病因的胸水或腹水,并用免疫放射分析(IRMA)测定了癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原CA - 5 0 (CA -5 0 )、糖类抗原CA - 2 4 2 (CA - 2 4 2 )的含量。旨在探讨其对良恶性疾病胸腹水的鉴别诊断价值,现将结果报告如下
There are many reasons for the formation of hydrothorax and ascites, in order to distinguish between benign and malignant pleural effusion, we collected 141 cases of pleural effusion or ascites with different etiology and detected the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen CA - 50 (CA - 50), carbohydrate antigen CA - 2 4 2 (CA - 2 42).
