用放射免疫法对238人进行了血清β_2-m测定。其中140例各种类型的恶性肿瘤组,β_2-m显著升高,且其增高并不局限于某些类型的肿瘤,而具有范围广泛的肿瘤谱。实体肿瘤的绝大多数β_2-m也有显著升高。实验结果还表明经治疗后的瘤体缩小或消失,β_2-m值不呈相应的下降关系。因此我们认为血清β_2-m测定可以作为肿瘤辅助诊断的一种手段,但并不能作为疗效考察及监视病情的一种方法。
Serum β_2-m was measured by radioimmunoassay in 238 people. Of 140 cases of various types of malignant tumor group, β_2-m increased significantly, and its increase is not limited to certain types of tumors, but with a wide range of tumor spectrum. The vast majority of solid tumors β_2-m also significantly increased. The experimental results also show that the treated tumor shrinks or disappears, β_2-m value did not show a corresponding decline. Therefore, we believe that the determination of serum β_2-m can be used as a tumor-assisted diagnosis of a means, but not as a curative effect and to monitor the condition of a method.
