目的:探讨多层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管造影技术。方法:22例受检者行MSCT冠状动脉血管造影检查,使用美国GE公司16层螺旋CT,采用电影扫描序列,层厚为1.25mm,螺距为0.275:1,对比剂(欧乃派克)2ml/Kg,注射速率3.5-4ml/S,采用VR、MPR、CPR、VE进行图像后处理重建,显示冠状动脉主干及主要分支。结果:心率平稳,心率在55-75次/分,MSCT对冠状动脉主干及主要分支显示达到诊断要求;心率大于80次/分时,冠状动脉的主要分支显示不清。结论:心率平稳且小于75次/分,使用合适的对比剂及扫描参数,MSCT可满意显示冠状动脉主干及主要分支,可作为冠状动脉粥样硬化疾患的筛选,对血管搭桥和内支架放置术后复查的评价有较高临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods: Twenty-two subjects underwent MSCT coronary angiography. The images were scanned by a 16-slice spiral CT with a thickness of 1.25 mm and a pitch of 0.275: 1 using contrast film (Omnipsk) 2ml / Kg, the injection rate of 3.5-4ml / S, the use of VR, MPR, CPR, VE image post-processing reconstruction, showing the main coronary artery and the main branch. Results: The heart rate was stable and the heart rate was 55-75 beats / min. The MSCT showed the diagnosis of the main coronary artery and its major branches. When the heart rate was more than 80 beats / min, the main branches of the coronary arteries were unclear. CONCLUSIONS: The heart rate is stable and less than 75 beats / min. Using appropriate contrast agents and scanning parameters, MSCT can satisfactorily display the main coronary artery and its major branches. It can be used as a screening tool for coronary atherosclerotic lesions. Vascular bypass and stent placement Post-review evaluation has a higher clinical value.
