[目的]观察升酶汤Ⅰ、Ⅱ号辨证分型治疗有机磷中毒后胆碱酯酶老化疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,对100例门诊患者辨证分型使用升酶汤Ⅰ、Ⅱ号。湿热内阻,清热解毒、健脾化湿,升酶汤Ⅰ号(黄连12g,大黄、黄芩各10g,土茯苓24g,公英20g,党参、茯苓各15g,生白术、甘草各10g,茵陈24g,菖蒲、木通各10g,薏苡仁24g),水煎600mL,早晚分服,1剂/d。脾虚湿阻、气血亏虚,健脾化湿,养血生新,升酶汤Ⅱ号(黄芪、山药各30g,党参、茯苓各15g,炒白术、甘草各10g,当归15g,白芍20g,川芎10g,熟地黄、麦冬各15g,五味子10g),水煎600mL,早晚分服,1剂/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胆碱酯酶、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈96例,有效4例,无效0例,总有效率100%。[结论]升酶汤Ⅰ、Ⅱ号辨证分型治疗有机磷中毒后胆碱酯酶老化效果显著,值得推广。

Spleen dampness, qi and blood deficiency, invigorating the spleen and dampness, nourishing new, rose enzyme soup Ⅱ (Astragalus, yam the 30g, Codonopsis, Poria 15g, fried Atractylodes, licorice 10g, Angelica 15g, white peony root 20g , Chuanxiong 10g, Rehmannia, Ophiopogon japonicus 15g, Schisandra 10g), decoction 600mL, morning and evening service, 1 / d. Continuous treatment 7d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, cholinesterase, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] 96 cases were cured, 4 cases were effective, 0 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 100%. [Conclusion] The syndrome of aging of cholinesterase after organophosphorus poisoning is treated by syndrome differentiation of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ of Shangzhitang is worthy of popularization.
