目的:建立红管药片中山奈素的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Dikma Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(55∶45),流速:1 m L·min-1,检测波长360 nm,柱温:室温。结果:线性范围为7.44~186μg·m L-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.60%,RSD=1.02%,精密度RSD=1.30%(n=6),重复性RSD=1.08%(n=6),稳定性RSD=0.80%。结论:所建立的方法对处方中红管药所含山奈素可准确、快速的定量,可作为红管药片的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the content of Nepheline in red tube tablets. METHODS: The chromatographic column was Dikma Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (55:45), the flow rate was 1 m L · min- Temperature: room temperature. Results: The linear range was 7.44-186 μg · mL -1 (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.60%, RSD was 1.02%, RSD was 1.30% (n = 6), RSD was 1.08% n = 6), stability RSD = 0.80%. Conclusion: The established method can accurately and rapidly quantify kaempferol contained in the red drug of prescription, which can be used as the quality control method of red tube tablets.
