上海赛亚信息咨询有限公司是从事因特网医学信息咨询和服务的专业公司,经营一家面向广大临床医师和医药界人士的医学信息网站.名为MEDcyber。其创办人管伟林却是一位广告设计出生的年轻人,曾在国内一家知名公司从事过广告设计,并在一家国外出版公司工作过一年多。之后他自主创业,成立了一家广告设计公司。后来又发现医学咨询服务有很大的潜力,2000年初他在上海市科技创业中心孵化基地创办了赛亚信息咨询公司。2001年两家公司的营业额1600万元,不仅扭亏为盈,还实现利润300多万元,预计今年比去年还要好。由于竞争激烈,赛亚公司成立时国内有9家从事类似业务的公司,现在只剩下2家。在谈到创业时,管伟林感触颇深,根据亲身经历和多年的创业体会,他提醒创业者应当注意八个方面的问题。
