1 工程概况和特点本建筑工程主轴尺寸75000×108000mm,檐高15.15m,为两层混凝土框架,独立承台基础,钢网架屋盖,彩色夹心钢板围护结构,中柱截面800×600mm,边柱截面700×600mm,楼面荷载为800kN/m~2,75m大梁为部分预应力C40混凝土.本工程大梁断面有二种,一为400×1600mm,内配4～8φ~J15mm,二为300×1600mm,内配2～8φ~J15mm,钢铰线强度f_(ptk)=1570N/mm~2,所有梁内上下各配6φ25mm非预应力筋,梁端设φ14钢筋网片500×600mm,钢垫板32×500×500mm,孔道为φф75mm双波金属管,锚具为XM15—8群锚,梁内
