目的:研究氩气束凝固术在卵巢癌细胞减灭术中减瘤的最佳使用条件。方法:氩气束凝固术功率40~100W,电凝时间2、4、6s,氩气流量10L/min,电凝拟切除的无癌侵犯的大肠、小肠、输尿管表面及卵巢癌组织,以上组织经手术切除后制成石蜡切片,观察各种条件下电凝的坏死深度。结果:氩气束凝固术的坏死深度随功率增大、时间延长而增加。结论:减瘤术中盆、腹腔转移灶最佳的氩气束凝固术电凝条件为功率60~80W,持续时间不超过4s。输尿管表面能否使用氩气束凝固术电凝需进一步研究
OBJECTIVE: To study the optimal conditions for argon-beam coagulation surgery in the cytoreduction of ovarian cancer cells. Methods: Argon beam coagulation power 40 ~ 100W, electrocoagulation time 2,4,6s, argon flow rate 10L/min, electrocoagulation to resection of the colon without invasion of the colon, small intestine, ureter surface and ovarian cancer, tissue above Paraffin sections were made after surgical resection and the depth of necrosis of electrocoagulation under various conditions was observed. Results: The depth of necrosis of argon beam coagulation increased with power and time. Conclusion: The optimal argon coagulation coagulation conditions for the pelvic and peritoneal metastases in the cytoreductive surgery are powers of 60-80 W and a duration of no more than 4 s. Urethral Coagulation with Argon Beam Coagulation Needs Further Study
