本实验对珍珠降压胶囊的镇静、安神和降压作用进行了药理研究。结果表明 ,珍珠降压胶囊 6.4g/kg能显著抑制小鼠自发活动次数 ;6.4g/kg及 3.2 g/kg能显著延长戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠时间 ;3.2 g/kg、1 .6g/kg的显著降低丙酸睾丸素所致大鼠血压升高。
In this experiment, pharmacological studies were conducted on the sedative, tranquilizing and antihypertensive effects of Zhenjiang Jiangya Capsule. The results showed that 6.4g/kg Pearl Hypotensive Capsules could significantly inhibit the number of spontaneous activities of mice; 6.4g/kg and 3.2g/kg could significantly prolong the sleep time of mice induced by pentobarbital sodium; 3.2g/kg, 1 .6g/kg significantly lowers blood pressure in rats induced by testosterone propionate.
