近日,笔者到某名牌电视机维修中心更换了一个电源插头,没想到回家装上后却发现漏电不能使用。这看起来是一件小事情,但这个电视机的品牌却在笔者心中打了折扣。从市场和管理的观点分析,这种售后服务的确暴露出了名牌企业的某些漏洞。首先,这种电源插头因为不是专门为这种品牌的电视机配套的产品,而是为所谓“方便”消费者从外面买进来的。电源插头漏电,本身不是产品不合格造成的,而是名牌产品在选择配套产品方面的随意性所导致的。其次,将非专业配套的电源插头按名牌产品的零件转手加价卖给顾客,虽然钱数不多,却使名牌产品的售后服务带有了明显的盈利色彩。这不但侵害了消费者的利益,也有悖于
