人们的社会经济状况往往影响其卫生保健意识及对疾病的自我防范能力,本文对147例肺结核病人进行调查分析,以探讨人群的社会经济状况与结核病防治服务及措施的关系,为改进防治措施与服务提供有益的参考资料。1 资料与方法1.1 设计个案调查卡,调查前对调查人员进行培训,统一标准,尽量减少调查中可能出现的误差。1.2 采用随机分层抽样方法,抽查三个县(均为世界银行贷款结核病控制项目县,以下简称项目县)1996年登记的肺结核病人,病人的诊断、治疗、管理均按《项目工作手册》执行。
People’s socioeconomic status often affects their awareness of health care and self-prevention of disease.
