近些年来,随着我国经济水平的不断增长,我国政府对于教育事业的重视程度越来越大,义务教育已经从过去的六年,增长到了现在的九年。但是,虽然说我国政府对教育事业的建设力度不小,但是,我国的教育事业却并没有取得很好的效果。尤其是一些高职院校,他们在实际的教学中,由于一些问题使得教学效果十分不好。根本不能满足现代社会对于人才的需求。一些毕业的学生由于在学校中并没有学习到什么实际的东西,致使最后很难在社会上立足。下面,我们就来具体分析一下激励在高职院校人力资源管理中的应用。
In recent years, with the continuous growth of our country’s economy, our government has attached greater importance to education and the compulsory education has grown from the past six years to the present nine years.
