目的探讨职业人群中HSP70基因对煤工尘肺遗传易感性的影响。方法随机选取河南省某煤矿的工人200例,其中100例胸片结果判定为0+的为病例组,100例胸片结果判定为正常的为对照组。采用PCR-RFLP方法检测两组观察对象中HSP70的基因型分布情况。结果病例组HSP70-1b2/b2基因型的频率明显高于对照组(χ2=8.26,P<0.05),b2/b2基因型个体发生煤工尘肺的风险是b1/b1基因型个体的2.36倍(OR=2.36,95%CI=1.61~3.30);而HSP70-2和HSP70-hom的多态性在两组间差异无显著性。结论HSP70-1b2/b2基因型可能是煤工尘肺的一个易感基因型,存在该基因型的机体可能更容易罹患煤工尘肺。
Objective To investigate the effect of HSP70 gene on genetic susceptibility to coal worker’s pneumoconiosis in occupational population. Methods A total of 200 workers in a coal mine in Henan Province were randomly selected. Among them, 100 cases of chest radiograph were judged to be 0+ for the case group and 100 cases of chest radiograph were determined as normal for the control group. PCR-RFLP method was used to detect the distribution of HSP70 genotypes in two groups. Results The frequency of HSP70-1b2 / b2 genotype in case group was significantly higher than that in control group (χ2 = 8.26, P <0.05). The risk of coal worker pneumoconiosis in b2 / b2 genotype was 2.36 times higher than that of b1 / b1 genotype OR = 2.36, 95% CI = 1.61-3.30). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the polymorphisms of HSP70-2 and HSP70-hom. Conclusion The HSP70-1b2 / b2 genotype may be a susceptible genotype of coal worker’s pneumoconiosis, and the body with this genotype may be more susceptible to coal worker’s pneumoconiosis.
