教育事业追求的是对学生们能力的培养和强化,但是由于学生们在基础上和先天悟性上存在一定差别,使得教师在教学过程中不能做到统一对待,而是应当根据学生特点的不同实施因材施教的教学策略。但是要想使因材施教教学策略取得相应的成果,还需要从事先情况分析、目标制定以及方案设计和组织实施等多方面共同入手,讲究教学过程的连续性。本文就将主要从高中生物因材施教教学策略实践研究入手,对其进行简要的介绍和分析。
