目的 研究降糖中药 1号的作用机理 ,为临床提供科学的用药依据。方法 取健康小鼠 ,随机分组 ,每组 11~ 12只。设阴性对照组、阳性对照组、模型组、中药大剂量组、中药小剂量组 ,连续灌胃给药 ,每天 1次 ,每次 0 6 5mL。取血 ,离心 ,检测血糖、SOD含量和用显微视像循环仪测定小鼠耳廓微循环的变化。结果 降糖中药 1号能明显降低高血糖小鼠的血糖 ,同时 ,加快小鼠耳廓小动脉的血流速度 ,提高血中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性。结论 降糖中药 1号对小鼠的血糖、微循环和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)具有显著的影响。
Objective To study the mechanism of hypoglycemic Chinese medicine No. 1 and provide scientific basis for clinical use. Methods Healthy mice were randomly divided into groups of 11-12. Set negative control group, positive control group, model group, large dose of Chinese medicine group, small dose of traditional Chinese medicine group, continuous intragastric administration once a day, each time 0 6 5mL. Blood was collected, centrifuged, blood glucose and SOD content were detected, and changes in microcirculation of the mouse auricle were measured using a microscopy cycler. Results Hypoglycemic Chinese medicine No. 1 can significantly reduce blood glucose in hyperglycemic mice, accelerate blood flow in mouse auricular arterioles, and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood. Conclusion Hypoglycemic Chinese medicine No. 1 has a significant effect on blood glucose, microcirculation and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mice.
