目的:对解放军现役橡胶止血带在使用过程中的缺陷作适当的改进,以作为各型止血带附件使用。方法:本附件分为单兵端、搜救端,采用无线数传模块进行数据采集、传输,单兵端加入定时报警电路、数码显示管、GPS模块等,由无线数传模块内单片机对数据进行处理;搜救端采用与单兵端相同的数传模块,通过端口与微机相连,通过微机控制软件“战地即时寻踪救护系统”实现对单兵端双向数据传输与通讯。结果:作为各型止血带附件使用时,单兵端具有止血带安放时间定时报警功能;必要时可开启搜救功能,配合搜救端使用时,能实现伤员身份识别及定位功能。结论:作为止血带通用附件使用,具备止血带安放时间报警、伤员身份识别及定位功能,但其功能仍嫌单薄。在其单兵端加装生理探头,采集伤员生理数据,实现对伤员实时生命体征远距离监测为下一步改进方向。
OBJECTIVE: To make appropriate improvements to the defects of PLA active tourniquet in the course of its use as an accessory for tourniquet. Methods: The annex is divided into individual soldiers, search and rescue side, the use of wireless data transmission module for data acquisition, transmission, solitary soldiers to join the timing alarm circuit, digital display tube, GPS module, wireless data transmission module by the microcontroller data Processing; search and rescue side with the same single-soldier digital transmission module, connected to the computer through the port, through the computer control software “field immediate ambulance search system ” to achieve the two-way data transmission and communication alone. Results: When used as a tourniquet attachment, the solitary soldier had a tourniquet timed alarm function. If necessary, the search and rescue function could be turned on. When used with the search and rescue terminal, the injured person could be identified and positioned. Conclusion: As a universal accessory for tourniquet, it has the function of alarming the tourniquet time and identifying and locating the wounded, but its function is still weak. Physiological data was collected on its solo-armed side and physical data of the wounded were collected to monitor the real-time vital signs of the wounded for further improvement in the future.
