最近,有人提出耳声发射(OAE)的对侧抑制效应可以作为噪声暴露后听觉损伤的早期指标。已有实验显示在给予一耳一小时的倍频程噪声刺激后,其瞬态诱发耳声发射的对侧抑制效应显著降低。作者对工作在高强度噪声下工人的OAE传出抑制效应进行研究,以期找出可以反映耳蜗早期声损害的方法。
Recently, it has been proposed that the contralateral inhibitory effect of otoacoustic emissions (OAEs) can be used as an early indicator of auditory damage after noise exposure. It has been experimentally shown that the contralateral inhibitory effect of transiently induced otoacoustic emissions is significantly reduced after an octave-one-hour-one-hour noise stimulation is administered. The authors studied workers’ OAE outbalance inhibitory effects under high intensity noise in order to find out ways to reflect the early acoustic damage in the cochlea.
