“这是我们的‘新闻政委’。”一位同志热情地向客人介绍。“不敢当,我叫吴光仁。欢迎你来给我们讲课传经!”吴政委笑着谦虚地说。以上对话是今年初,在南京市栖霞区人武部召开的通讯报道组会议上,报道组同志向特邀到会的《新华日报》编辑介绍时说的。大伙赠给吴光仁“新闻政委”的桂冠,是因为他除了做好分管的各项工作外,还积极抓好通讯报道工作。吴光仁是一九八三年八月调到栖霞区人武部担任政委的。

The above dialogue was held earlier this year at the Qiaxia District People’s Armed Forces held a news conference group meeting, the report group comrades to the invited “Xinhua Daily” editor introduced. Everybody gave Wu Guangren the title of “political commissar of the news” because he not only did a good job in charge of all the work, but also actively grasped the news coverage. Wu Guangren was transferred to Qixia District People’s Armed Forces as political commissar in August 1983.
