9月7日,广东省政府召开电话会议,部署的“三资”企业和乡镇企业开展消防安全专项治理工作。副省长、省安委会主任钟启权在讲话中说,省政府决定从现在起至12月底对“三资”企业和乡镇企业进行消防安全专项治理,采取坚决有力的措施,整治各种隐患,特别是解决好“三合一”工厂的问题,以减少火灾的发生和防止群死群伤事故。目前,广东省已注册的“三资”企业44000多家,对外加工企业25000多家,乡镇企业130多万家,这两部分企业异军突起,发展迅速,已成为广东省经济建设的生力
