前言 国际标准化组织(简称ISO)是一个世界性的联合机构,各国标准协会是它的成员 (ISO成员团体)。国际标准化工作的开展是通过ISO各技术委员会进行的。各成员如对哪 一个技术委员会所安排的各项工作感兴趣,有权参加该委员会。与ISO有联系的政府和非政府的国际组织,也可以参加此项工作。 技术委员会所采纳的国际标准草案,在ISO理事会接受为国际标准之前,先发送各成员团体认可。 国际标准ISO2819由ISO/TC 107金属和其他非有机覆盖层委员会提出。
Foreword The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide joint agency whose national standards association is a member (ISO member body). International standardization work is carried out through the ISO technical committees. Members are interested in participating in the committee as they are interested in the various tasks arranged by the technical committee. ISO and government agencies and non-governmental international organizations can also participate in this work. The draft international standards adopted by the technical committees are sent to the approval of the member bodies before the ISO Council accepts them as international standards. International Standard ISO 2819 is proposed by the ISO / TC 107 Committee on Metals and Other Non-Organic Coatings.
